This smart home project features a whole-home lighting system, automated shades, smart smoke/co detectors, a keyless door lock, and one unique smart home feature is the EverLights, which are permanent event and holiday lighting.
The lighting system features in-wall Sunnata dimmers, which have a capacitive touch light bar that provides a clear display of the current lighting level. Scene keypads can be found throughout the home allowing one button press to adjust multiple lights simultaneously, creating an ideal ambience for any occasion. In addition to the in-home features, the lights can be controlled via an app or set on a schedule, so the owners are in control no matter where they are.
The outdoor EverLights really set this home apart. These lights are controlled by an app that has pre-set color combinations or the ability to create customized patterns. Choose any color sequence, or they can be all white for a clean landscape look. Then add in an effect like twinkle or chase, and the owners are set to celebrate Christmas, a birthday party, the 4th of July, or a Green Bay Packer game.
