Aldon Station is the redevelopment of a former industrial site along the Fox River in Ashwaubenon. This project was a collaboration with Radue Homes who is the builder and developer and the Village of Ashwaubenon which took part in the site clean up and infrastructure. The former Schnieder National trucking depot has become the home to multiple types of owner-occupied housing. The development includes thirty-eight "twindo" type homes, sixteen townhouse type units and will become the home of multiple condo buildings including Station 417 which comprises seventeen units from 1500-4200 sq ft of living space. Each home is designed with a contemporary flair on the exterior and intense customization on the interior. The community boasts a large pier with private boat slips, a future clubhouse and outdoor pool, a kayak launch and Fox River frontage. A Village owned trail and newly constructed pedestrian bridge connect the residents to huge park space which tops off a premier location near shopping, activities, and Lambeau Field.
