Designed and renovated a customized new living room, entry, kitchen and dining room. We used Frank Lloyd Wright attributes along with Stickley furniture to bring the rooms to life. Illumination played a central role in creating several dramatic low-light hues to book cases, ceiling beams, dry bar shelving, under cabinet lights and above the fireplace mantle. We added windows along with a linear fireplace and laid custom crafted tile on the face and hearth areas. An arched brick bar nook was added along with a brick wall to pull the rooms together and match into an existing wood burning fireplace. The ceilings on the living room and kitchen feature 1x8 wood planking without any seams. The planking was capped by our custom built White Oak beams to pull in the Stickley themed furniture attributes. These spaces are now the most coveted places to gather and relax in the home.
