This remodel showcases a complete 1st and 2nd floor renovation of a 4,100 square-foot vacation home situated on the bay of Green Bay. The homeowners wanted to modernize the home by updating all finishes, as well as opening up the layout to take advantage of the gorgeous water views and improving the overall flow. In order to achieve this result, all interior finishes were removed down to the subfloor and sheetrock. Walls were removed on the first floor between the entryway and kitchen to allow a more cohesive flow to the layout. Loft access was removed from the master bedroom and that square footage was re-incorporated into a full bathroom and storage room.
The kitchen features custom built maple cabinetry and granite countertops and backsplash. Ceramic tile accents were featured above the snack bar. Cultured Stone was used to rebuild fireplaces in both the living room and office.
This renovation ensures the home is as functional as it is modern, allowing the homeowners to relax and enjoy time spent in their vacation home.
