We took this basic white bathroom and turned it into something moody and remarkable. The homeowner wanted to move all of the plumbing and closet to enclose a beautiful wetroom with soaking tub and digital thermostatic controlled shower. Instead of a niche, we opted for a shower wall in contrasting tile. The homeowner wanted a shaving toe niche which we placed off center near the shower head. The cabinets have reeded glass to make it feel more spa like without exposing the interior of the cabinets. The wall sconces created a serene scene while the overhead lighting creates the functionality the homeowner wanted. All of the millwork was colorwashed in the wall color to make the walls look taller and cohesive. We opted to tile the shower ceiing to make it act as it's own room. The floor to ceiling shower door creates a dramatic entrance while exposing all of the beautiful tile. The shower window lets in lots of light and the jambs were tiled to help with water drainage. The results are better than the homeowner expected!
