This home was custom designed on Eagle Springs Lake and our goals with the client were to maximize the allowable building area, house their entire family, take advantage of the stunning lake views, and incorporate some fun design elements. We did a lot of fun things with this project including a dog wash station, custom beamed ceilings, elevator, separate living spaces, wood staircase, and lots of other fun elements. The home was designed with a modern craftsmen design showcasing the popular white/black décor with natural wood and the mix of metal with wood at the exterior as well as the stunning roof lines make the home as attractive on the front as it is on the lakeside. Besides maximizing the stunning lake views, it was important to house their family and create their own spaces in the home. The lower level includes a full kitchen, family room, dining room, office, two baths and an elevator to the garage for private egress. This home is deserving of a Badger Craftsmen award for it’s complexity, use of architectural design, clever uses of space, hand crafted quality and multi-generational appeal which is a growing need in the market.
